Acne Cures...

Hello, I'm Pauline Robertson. Everyone knows that you have to be exceptionally careful before

using any sort of medication especially when dealing with facial ailments.

That's why we've created this special page within the site to advise on how clear up your acne naturally without having to buy or risk using expensive skin creams or prescriptions.

There are many websites online that claim to clear acne in this way and I was dubious about most.

However, the two listed are both original and more importantly were produced by leading experts in the acne field

Our Rating:

Acne Free In 3 Days was the most impressive product we saw and this simple but effective program has taken the web by storm recently with nearly 10,000 copies of the eBook sold in the past six months alone.

The question is - does it work? Well, the author Chris Gibson is positive that anyone will have success with his methodology and his ebook he recalls his earlier life experiences with acne and how he has been battling it since he was a teenager. He then goes on to reveal how he discovered a simple technique that cleared it in just under three days and he shows you precisely what it is.

We obviously can't disclose the methods he uses because they're reserved for his members but what I can tell you is that they are natural and seemed to be great alternatives to common creams and ointments. We spoke to 9 people who had tried his remedies. Six from the US and three from the UK and they all had great success with his program although it took a little longer than three days for their acne to start to clear.

We do believe that these methods could drastically help your acne by cleansing the areas which are responsible for causing it and if you are fed up with enduring countless doctor and therapist visits you should certainly check this out.

Our Rating:

Acne No More is a expansive read which contains over 190 pages of informative content.  As with Chris Gibson's program it focuses solely on clearing your acne using alternative or holistic methods rather than prescription drugs.

The author, Mike Walden is a certified nutritionist and health consultant and many describe Mike's Acne No More publication as being the "Acne Bible."

Not only does it discuss the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding the confusing subject that acne is, it has been said to be the most detailed book about acne, blackheads, and hormonal health and inner balance ever written. Overall, his ideas and techniques seemed plausible and he has evidently put much time and thought into creating this program.

To be honest, both these programs are excellent and both will undoubtedly save you a substantial amount of money in doctor's fees and subscriptions. In fact, the only reason why we've scored 'Acne No More' marginally lower than 'Acne Free' is because we thought Chris's book was better laid out and a little easier to follow

Acne scars are horrible semi-permanent blemishes that are a result of consistent acne outbreaks. Treatment of acne scarring can be horribly expensive and incontinent for the patient. While there are many treatments available, the best cure is simply to not get scarring at all and the single best way to not get acne scarring is to avoid acne outbreaks all together.

The simplest way to prevent acne is to understand what it is. Acne is general term for blocked pores (commonly called blackheads and whiteheads), pimples, rashes, and really deep lumps caused by overactive oil glands, skin pore blockage, skin bacteria, and inflammation. The only one of these you can't control is inflammation as it is a body reaction to the other factors.

Your oil glands over produce when you are teenager in response to extra hormone production. This tends to be worse in males than females. While there is nothing you can do about your body changes, the other factor that affects the oil glands is adrenaline. The easiest way to keep your adrenaline down is to not stress. Those who find ways of coping with stress will have less trouble with prolonged acne.

Blocked pores can be prevented by keeping your face and hair clean. Especially in your teenage years wash often and shower daily. If you find your skin is drying out from too much washing use water based moisturizer. An oil based moisturizer can make the problem worse. Some skin types lend themselves to plugging issues. A dermatologist may be able to help with more severe cases.

When you have a plugged pore the bacteria trapped inside can overproduce. When the body tries to expel the bacteria in the blocked pore it causes irritation, this is the source of pimples and zits. If you are struggling with blocked pores some medications help reduce the bacteria production minimizing your acne. However, a simple honey mask used in the evening can make a significant impact. Honey is a known natural anti-biotic.

The best way to deal with inflammation is to treat the problem as soon as it is a problem. Males are much less likely to ever see professional help about their acne. Ignoring the problem can escalate your simple acne into permanent face blemishes. If you are unable to keep you acne under control you should seek professional help to treat the deep rooted problems.

It seems like more and more people every day are asking "How can I get rid of my acne?"  or "How can I clear my complexion?" and they're given the typical get clear skin answers.  These typical responses will never help them get rid of whiteheads and other pimples because they don't deal with the real acne problems.

Acne is actually a problem that begins inside of your body.  Anyone who says that acne is caused by excess bacteria, oil, or dead skin is only partially right.  These are factors in your acne, but they're only secondary symptoms.  There is an underlying cause that causes these symptoms and you can get clear skin and get rid of whiteheads completely if you treat the real cause of your acne breakouts.

After a lot of research, I found that I could get rid of my acne and clear my complexion just by eliminating some items from my diet.  I strongly recommend you give this treatment option a try because it won't cost you a thing and your skin will respond almost immediately.

So what foods did I eliminate to clear my complexion and get rid of my acne?  Dairy was the biggest with red in a close second.  The human body was just not designed to digest cow's milk and cow's are also injected with tons of hormones and antibiotics throughout their lives, both of which are why these foods should be eliminated as much as possible from your diet.

These hormones and antibiotics interfere with our body, causing it to overproduce androgens, which in turn are what set off acne breakouts.  I learned I could get rid of whiteheads and clear my complexion by allowing the body to catch up to all the excess toxins it had stored in the body and clear them away naturally.  This really is the key to get clear skin.  Once the toxins are eliminated, the excess androgens will stop being made, which will cause the skin on your face to revert back to it's normal, pimple free self.

Our bodies have become overwhelmed over the years by toxins we have been ingesting the entire time.  We have unknowingly caused our acne breakouts and the only method to get rid of whiteheads and get clear skin is to bring your body back into balance and allow it to heal your skin itself.  I've tried all the gels and creams and the only way I found that could get rid of my acne was to let my body heal me from the inside out.
